Returns + Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
We offer full refunds on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping costs are non refundable & you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please fill out our form (included in your package) and send with your return.
Returns MUST be post marked within 14 days of the delivery date.
We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements & will be returned at your expense.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return.
You will receive an e-mail once your item(s) has been refunded.
FINAL SALE & LAST CHANCE items are NOT eligible for return.
We do not offer price adjustments at any time.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size.
We do not hold sizes for exchanges.
There is no guarantee that we will have your desired exchange item once we receive your package, in that case, we will reach out to you for further instruction.
You will be either issued a refund (shipping NOT included) or have your item shipped back to you at your expense.
Your exchange must follow our Return Policy to be accepted.
We will only exchange an item once.
We recommend ordering your desired exchange item online, to ensure that the size/style is available, before sending a return.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If you receive a damaged item or there has been a mistake on our end, you will receive a refund for your purchase including the shipping fees.
You must contact us within 3 days after your order has been delivered.
Please e-mail us through our contact us page BEFORE you ship your item.
If we receive your package without prior notification, it will be shipped back at your expense.
You will be asked for photos/details of the damaged/incorrect item(s).
Once it has been approved we will then send a return shipping label for you to use.
After we have received your package, we will issue a refund or send out the correct merchandise if available.
Items must not be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.
